Was pretty happy with myself when I got to the bike and there were more bikes on the racks than on the road. There was a bit of a current against us on the way back and as the tide was low, there was quite a way for us to walk/run to T1

Long run to T1, Tide was out so made the exit a bit difficult.

rack my bike in a place that has less thorns

wind was really tough on the was out, caught a few people on the out leg and nobody passed me on the way back. I felt comfy on the bike

felt more comfy on the run although I still took strain on the way out up to about 1.5km, then things fell into place and run was OK

Felt a bit flat toward the end of the run and I could not really pick up the pace for the last 800m
