Comments:

Somewhat challenging course. Held solid pace holding back to 6'30"'s throughout and did a great job holding back on the uphills and pushing hard on the easier terrain.

Split the first 3 @19'3" and the last 5k @18'40"... Slowest mile was 9 @6'50".

Pretty happy with my results today. Really made improvements on my pacing and mental race aspects.

I love doing the Stillwater events now. They do an awesome job making it feel like a really big race atmosphere with the mass start and joined finishes of the 4 different race distances.

Will be back to run again next year for sure:-)
