Comments: Shot out of a cannon. Adrenaline got ahold of me. First Sprint Tri and was nervous. What would you do differently?: Create breathing pace. Found myself panicking at times and breathing with my head straight up versus turning to the side. Transition 1

Comments: 36 laps on an indoor track. Stopped about 5 or 6 times to walk for about 1 to 1.5 laps of the 36. Just tired. Legs felt good but should have kept running. Post race
