Comments:

Felt great on the swim, but kept swimming off course which cost me time. Didn't pull enough extra suit up to my chest and shoulders felt tight as did chest. Shoulders started to feel tired due to tightness of suit.

Kept losing my technique.

MUST CONTROL ADRENALINE AND STAY CALM AND FOCUSED!
What would you do differently?:

Make sure to pull extra suit up to chest.

Navigate better. Stay focused on technique.

T1 could have been faster, but this was my first Tri this year and was still working through getting everything right.

It was a .25 run from Swim exit to Bike.

Forgot to open shoes and had to actually stop on bike to open velcro on shoes.

Rubber band shoes worked great!

Felt great. Heel was great, slight pain but very manageable.
