Pre-race routine:

Morning breakfast of cereal and orange juice.
Arrived Early ( 2 hours ) and got transition set up.
Event warmup:

Light jogging to get blood flowing...short sprints followed by jogging.

Warm down:

Rested after swim and got some straight water. took about 3-5 minutes to catch breathe and start to relax.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Inexperience on pacing and need more fitness for last leg.

Maybe next year post the actual distances for bike and run.
