Bike
Comments: Went out too hard and on the way back got into a headwind. I was exhausted during the way back and developed a cramp in my stomach. What would you do differently?: Eat during the bike segment. Transition 2
Comments: Fairly smooth overall. Run
Comments: This is by far my worst run ever! I had to stop because my stomach cramp got so bad. I was going really slow and drank at every water station, which helped me a bit. I was surprised I finished below 25 minutes. What would you do differently?: Don't screw up on nutrition. Post race

Just made it to the start line with 5 seconds to go. I struggled to get my wetsuit on beforehand...
