Went out too hard and on the way back got into a headwind. I was exhausted during the way back and developed a cramp in my stomach.

This is by far my worst run ever! I had to stop because my stomach cramp got so bad. I was going really slow and drank at every water station, which helped me a bit. I was surprised I finished below 25 minutes.
What would you do differently?:

Don't screw up on nutrition.

Bad nutrition which lead to cramps.

Event comments:

I hope to come back next year for redemption, but this was a good learning experience.
