Stayed in a motel. Drove the bnike course the night before and met with race director.

Up at 4:30 and ate banana, granola, yogurt.

Event comments:

This was a very good race in a beautiful area. It was very low key with fewer participants than anticipated. Perfect for the non-runner who likes to be on water.
