Comments:

Great run. The goal was to help Jen qualify for Boston. After being injured last year and having missed two Marathons in 2009 my expectations were to run and finish. It was great to be able to help her qualify for Boston.
What would you do differently?:

I was about 5-6 pounds overweight for this race. I did not do any speed work and only introduced some tempo runs towards the end of my training cycle.
Post race
Warm down:

Some stretches - should have stretched more, walked around

What limited your ability to perform faster:

weight and training

Event comments:

Very nicely run race. Great amenities, nice and small
