Comments: practicing my bricks on the bike trainer to treadmill wasn't even close to race conditions due to the wind What would you do differently?: went with a more steady pace and fought trough the leg cramp Post race
Warm down: drank a bottle of water What limited your ability to perform faster: training, no swim and the wind were rough on me Event comments: my first race. Had a threat of rain, but it didn't. had a heavy cross/ head wind, after race food was great and I met some really nice folks in this small venue, which is what wanted to experience.
