Good run. I went out with the Elites and stayed with them for the first mile @ 5:32...I slowed down at that poing!

Run first mile a little easier to run more consistent.

Good course. Tougher than it looks. Near constant small rollers with just enough incline to slow you down!

Well, I racked my bike in the wrong position and incurred a 2:00 penalty. It was my fault and I screwed up. I did find out from the head official that it wasn't a major hinderance and that my rack neighbor was able to squeeze his bike in. Had I made it back to transition right away I would have apologized to the person.
