Comments: With the amount of training and lack of preperation that went into the race from my part was SUB- par. I'm not only happy I finished but happy I'm alive and can walk What would you do differently?: In the future coming off an injury that could have gotten much worse by running I would have volunteered and cheered everyone on Post race

woke up late 4:40, cup of coffee, banana, blueberry muffin 1/2 liter of water (last minute Hydration) was hoping the coffee would get some things Moving!!! but it didn't Joe picked me up at 5:30 and off to the races
ran over to the porta potties again hoping the coffee and the short jog would get something moving but again nothing... Whats going on, no pre race movement???? Stretched a bit extra due to the fact that a week ago I was wearing a boot for achilles tendonitis and probably shouldn't be at the starting line. Had a great pace Pre-boot but hadn't run in a month and a change.. again what am I thinking. But lets see what happens
