Got a good nights rest had PB & honey on toast, a cup off coffee, small glass OJ
Event warmup:

squats, jumping jasck, push ups 15 reps X3, stretched for 10 min, jogged from my house about half mile to start.

ate kinda bad the night before (pizza) should have eaten a cleaner meal
