What would you do differently?: remove helmet as running to rake bike so dont have to do it later. Run
Post race
Warm down: walked and started eating What limited your ability to perform faster: knee injury-havent been able to train. Event comments: There should have been something in place to ensure that everyone did their two loops on the bike and run. Online it shows I placed 3rd in my age group because the first place girl had a faster bike split than the overall male finisher and her times for the swim and run are not consistant with the bike split time.
