Comments: Bike went great. Lead first few miles. Should have pushed harder on downhills. Used them for rest. Just need more training and fitness. What would you do differently?: Nothing... Transition 2

Comments: Legs where very shaky going out. Coming home up the hill was very difficult. I was very happy with the race pace...first two miles where just at 7min but the last mile all uphill was at 7:58. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race

Woke up early. Ate small amount of cereal about 2 hours before race. Also ate a Gu Gel about 1 hour before race.
No warm up...straight in the pool
