Comments: felt good, first time on an off road course, slowed by other runners pace and narrow trails, but good run Transition 1

Comments: first 4 mile lap was good, excellent pace, felt strong, but not very technical. Second lap of 8 miles was more technical and caused me to dismount several times. rode 2/3rd alone and dropped pace. What would you do differently?: maintain pace, push limits, spin more instead of mash Transition 2
Comments: fell behind other competitor who was considerably slower. Run
Comments: legs were jello, ate GU prior to run and stomach was flipping. hard to get initial rythym. had to walk several times to keep from cramping. What would you do differently?: eat GU while on bike and drink more gatorade in transition. Post race
Warm down: stretch, food, water, water, water! What limited your ability to perform faster: first time in a mountain bike race, first time on a mountain bike on actual mountain bike trails.
