Swim
Comments: not a bad swim been really working on my 1/2 i/m swim not really pushing the swim. maybe something to reconsider. What would you do differently?: do more intervals to increase speed. Transition 1
Comments: felt a little slow. was very surperised to see this time. What would you do differently?: felt slow I think it was because I was siwhing I was in Florida. Bike
Comments: Good ride felt really good. was not anticipating the head wind. caught me a little off gaurd. What would you do differently?: not to much maybe add some speed drills to my workouts. Transition 2
Comments: Pretty smooth. felt realy good. shoes and helmet poped off just right and out on the run was great. I think I picked the right spot. What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: Was really trying to get 6:55 miles. I was struggling a little, not sure why? could not breath right and also could not drink water due to the heavy breathing. What would you do differently?: need to work on drinking out of cups. balanceing my breating while drinking. Post race
Warm down: Drank alot of water got a massage and then re ran the run course with Amanda and then Run walked the Run with Joe. I really thought Joe was gonna kill me as I tried to get him movin. Joe and Amanda did an excellent Job and made it woth working with them. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not haveing my family with me. and maybe I should have listened to my Ipod before the race. Event comments: I think James and T3am T3 did a great job. James did a great job as a race director. (considering it was his 1st year. I think they did well and made use of all the suggestions that were given to them for this race.
