I was pretty wiped out by this point. Could not seem to get any momentum. Lack of training became apparent. You should be in Ironman shape to participate in this event.

Lots of walking up the hills. Even on the downhill sections had to slow the pace down. It was an experience to say the least!

This is a fun weekend of racing, but I was not in shape for it. Would like to try it again sometime with more deposits in the training bank.
