Comments: First Race first 200 meters horrible not use to swimming with over 100 people fighting for position being Kicked and kicking others accidently but still loved it second half was much better got into a good pace and made up time. Almost circled buoy twice by mistake What would you do differently?: train more on swim work on technique, and pace myself in the beginning much better guess I was nervous. but loved it. Transition 1
Comments: trying to catch breath but trying to move fast felt good I can improve but was happy with T1 What would you do differently?: just practice work on saving time but wouldn't change anything Bike

Comments: need to really work on endurance this was the hardest part for me, never stopped but kept a slow pace. 8.04 min/mile not bad but feel like i can do much better with time and training. What would you do differently?: nothing Post race
Warm down: drink alot of fluids, cool down stretch a little What limited your ability to perform faster: only trained for a solid month, and I am a beginner first race but was happy overall with performance. Woke up early ate a whole Wheat bagel with Almond Butter and an Energy gel Slept horrible 4 hrs of sleep. Double Checked equipment and set up night before
none got to race to late due to traffic.
