Just need to improve my swimming ability :)

Was too slow pulling on jacket (rainy & cold), need to practice smoother, quicker transitions.

Put a little more in to the bike. I was afraid I'd bonk in teh run, but I didn't.

I didn't mark my spot in the rack with a flag/balloon etc. etc. so I ran past my transition bag and wasted 30 or so seconds trying to find my stuff and rack my bike >:-(

Event comments:

The volunteers did a FANTASTIC job of running the race. There was no doubt about which way the bike and run courses went, & no way you get wander of course. The National Guard folks and Law Enforcement did a great job working traffic on the bike course. The race was well organized, well run, and they had plenty of help. I was really impressed! Good job you guys! See you next year for sure!!! :-)
