Comments: Good Ride - Tried to use a slightly higher cadence to save more energy for the run Weather conditions couldn't have been better except for a little rain which made some of the turns slick enough to have to slow down more than normal Transition 2

Warm down: Talked w/ other racers Didn't jog or do a lot of stretching today Plan on doing massage roller later today What limited your ability to perform faster: Technique on the swim Bike ok Cramping on the run Event comments: Good race overall for my 1st attempt at an Olympic distance triathlon Great weather conditions w/ calm water, calm winds and overcast/cooler for the run.
