Comments: Ran maybe a bit to fast at the beginning. Ran 7:50 through about the first 10k. Took a HammerGel around mile 3 and mile 7. Second half of the course was a little rough. Lost a lot of time on the back half. Had some cramps in my calf muscles. Weather was nice, and the crowd was great. Didn't run my best half but a good measuring stick for IMKS. What would you do differently?: Train a little more, get a few longer runs in before race day. Better nutrition the week leading up to the race. Post race
