Comments: I started at the back of my wave closest to the bouy. Swam well but I didn't sight well at all. There was alot of traffic and the water was not clear at all! Could of def sighted better but my goal time was 9:30 and I swam 9:29 so an overall success!! What would you do differently?: Start at the front and sight better. Transition 1
Comments: Perfect transition for me, my bike was close to the exit so I put my shoes on and ran with them on. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: I felt very good the entire bike ride. I was surprised at how comfortable I was. My goal average was 16.5mph and I actually averaged 17.8mph so a huge success for me. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Had another perfect transition considering I had to put on socks and tie my shoes. What would you do differently?: Learn to run without socks and put speed laces on my shoes. Run
Comments: Heart rate was prob too high the entire time but I just dealt with it. I had plenty leg left so I was glad to see that I didn't push it too hard on the bike. The first and last miles were my fastest. I def left it all out there, I didn't have anything left at the end. Overall I am pleased, I wanted to be around 26mins so another success!! What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Just drank some water stretched and chatted with family. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of speed training on the bike and run. Event comments: Awesome race!!
