Comments:

Here we go again....

Miles one and two, I felt great...and then, it started as the dull ache on the right side, in the muscle underneath ribs, kind of letting me know it's there. I backed off so it wouldn't come on full strength...and I began the series of breathing "tricks" to try to get it to go away...but nothing helped...when we made the turn around, it just seemed to get worse, and I found myself grabbing water and walking now to try to calm my muscle down...so that's why my times went up.
What would you do differently?:

Not even going to answer this.

Made an appt. with an MD that is a runner, and who is highly recommended. Will the 7th place be the winning ticket?

What limited your ability to perform faster:

One guess.

Event comments:

I have to find a PERMENANT solution to this issue.
