Got out rode by the same guy in age group. Just a few bike lengths ahead for most of ride. I will seek revenge! lol

Check the Run entry in transition and Run that way. I wasted some time running toward the bike entry instead of the run entry.

Lack of cardio, Practice Brick workouts. Seconds from placing in agegroup.

Event comments:

Event organizers were not organized. Cops not at all stop lights. Had to stop at a few stoplights. One cop at an intersection let cars through and made a group of us stop completely for a good 15 Seconds.
