Comments: Considering I haven't trained for a 5k and I haven't trained hills or trails I thought I did pretty well. I def didn't leave anything out there! What would you do differently?: Not eat BBQ and Ice Cream/Cake before meal!! Post race

None, big mistake!! I went to a birthday party about 4 hours before race and had BBQ and Ice Cream and Cake! I paid for that later!!
Jogged about 1/4 mile, stretched and talked to girlfriend and sister.
