Just an okay swim, but a little better than I feared. This was the best course I've been on in a while. They used massive buoys this time around so it was very easy to see from one to the next.

Wetsuit strippers were good, but suit still got stuck on my right heel. As usual, I walked a good part of the transition to get my HR back down before jumping on the bike.

Not sure what happened on the run for this race. I went in very well trained, lost of base in both running and cycling, and yet I faded terribly.
