Pre-race routine:

Woke up @ 4:30am light breakfast hit the road to make my check-in deadline at 6:30. Got the bike checked in without any problems.

Was so nervous I didnt think about warm-up!

Comments:

Oregon State had a beautiful indoor pool. Virtually no waves which made my breathing easier. The lap counter volunteers were great.The atmosphere was great I improved my best time by 3 minutes.
