Comments: Good run, concebtrated on relaxing and keeping head up and back straight. Pushed to each Km marker and at the end. What would you do differently?: Be lighter? Dissapointed with the time but not really with the run. Don't feel I could have pushed more without risking walking too much Post race
Warm down: Stretching, sports massage on shoulders and lower back. What limited your ability to perform faster: My weight and the timing chip being too tight.
