Comments: My foot went numb at 3 mile mark... ran the last 3.21 miles with it asleep. Also, first run in a month or so that I did not drink gatorade during the run and the aid stations only had water. I felt very sluggish. What would you do differently?: Stretch more and wear hydration/fuel belt with gatorade. Post race
Warm down: Stretched, massage. What limited your ability to perform faster: Numb foot, dehydrated. Event comments: This was my first 10k and first "real" race ever.
