Comments: Course was long (all times were off a bit) and I just wasn't ready for an open water swim--first of the season and I can't find my stroke. Also late waves had stronger wind and what felt like a current, still, pretty good water, I just need to swim better early in the season--should easily be under 36 What would you do differently?: not drop my elbows Transition 1

Comments: good for me, cross winds didn't have too much impact, I stayed in zone 2 and while my legs felt tired I was consistent with HR and nutrition Transition 2

Comments: awesome run considering heat!! used the sponges, had a gel at each loop start, passed tons of people, stayed pretty consistent, fast first loop, last three were all same pace Post race
