Comments: I need to get comfortable with the open water swim. Totally lost it. I didn't do anything like what I've been training to do. What would you do differently?: I would warmup with some swimming before everyone gets in the water. Transition 1
Comments: I was very shaky trying to get in my shoes. What would you do differently?: Practice Bike
Comments: Solid ride. This is one of my strengths. I see the benefit of a TT bike here. I rode the race on my road bike with no aero bars. What would you do differently?: Maybe put aero bars on my rode bike and be more aggressive descending. Transition 2
Comments: Work on my cyclocross dismount. Know the course better. It would have helped descending and in the transition. What would you do differently?: Pre-ride the course and be very familiar with the dismount area. Run
Comments: I ended up with a slight pain under my right rib cage. I think it was gas. I had to throttle back for about a half mile. What would you do differently?: Get my shoes tight. Don't experiment with my nutrition. Do more anerobic training. Post race
