decent swim for me. I am improving as a swimmer!
going to try a full sleeve for the next race

after a mix up with the rental - had to go down a size in suits. MS sleevless - worked very well.

full sleeve suit.
more sprints in training

the course is really nice1 I wanted to run and enjoy it but I couldnt get much past a hobble/wog/walk/hobble

I wanted to run - my hammies told me no.

work on the bike a bit better - hydrate,

each race is a learning experience. as much as the competitive side of me wants to finish well I am getting so much out of just competing. I will do better. I will improve. I am learning volumes right now and continue to do so each race.
