Stretch set TA. Normal Bagel pb and banana with water bottle.

take it easy in the beginning especially on the bridges since I ate it there 4 times chaing came off twice. Then I had to push to catch some of the people that passed me. Got some but not all.

Poor display on websites obviously not on here. Do again but get coordinator to have better post activities some type of food. Oh well. Good time sore hip from the fall, beer time. Enjoying the hell out of XTERRA Events.

Course: single lap on course but wrecked 5 times due to all the mud and rain. The beginning of the course was slick on the bridges. Came off the bike over the bars. didnt wreck any more once I got on the main course. I had to slow down and take it easy in turns very slick. Tires filled up made the far east section hard because of the ups.
