It felt quite long. Breathing was off, and I spent alot of time backstroking.
What would you do differently?:

Practice, practice, practice more. It was open enough that I should have been able to crawl the whole distance.

Practice. Maybe skip the socks, try mounting the bike with shoes clipped in.

Push a little more on the bike, but the transition was the big thing.

Practice the transition to run from the bike - ALOT.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim took my breath away. Need to be a bit more confident in the water. Knowing how fast I was on the bike would also help, as I would have pushed a bit harder had I known what my time was.
