Comments: I was sick for 2 weeks so I wasn't top shape! I cought all the way to the finish. My lungs were hurting! it still was a PR! I'm happy about that! What would you do differently?: Train more ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around a little, had my spaghetti lunch and stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: I was sick I may have been still tired a little from pacing my sexy boyfriend in the Vermont mountains the previous weekend The course was hillier than what I thought It was a cold morning Event comments: The volunteers were great! cheering us on and singning to us! The course was not as nice as I was anticipating... running past a pigsty and smelling the fumes was not that fun! I'm still happy with my preformance because I did a PR! As usual, got up, had a small coffee with 2 toasts with peanut butter and jelly.
Only warmup was a 500 meter walk from our parking to the event. Got ship and bib then walked to the start.
