Pre-race routine:

Left house at 5:15 after eating yogurt and scone. Checked in, got chip and body marking and set up transition area with time to spare for a five minute warm-up.

Felt like it was a good ride. Course was pretty bumpy in spots. Hills were fair.

Couldn't find my damn bike rack! Poor scouting on my part, was looking on the wrong side of the transition area.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure I know beforehand where I need to go for my bike rack. That should have been in my head before the race even started. Stupid.

Developed a bad stitch in my side which caused me to walk twice. Not very happy about it. Otherwise, run was decent.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure - nothing I could do about the pain in my side.

Stupidity in T2, stitch in my side during the run.

Event comments:

Very well run race for a first time event. They might be able to re-route the run to make it a little less hilly. Two of the hills were very challenging.
