Comments: Last 500 meters was pretty rough with cross current. Last 200 meters never seemed to end. Probably lost good 2 minutes in the last 200 meters. What would you do differently?: Not much. What can you do when the waves and current are knocking you around. Mother nature is mother nature. Transition 1
Comments: Good Transition considering how bad I was knocked around on that swim. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike

Comments: Pretty good transition. Knees were really stiff coming off the bike but they loosened up after I started running. Probably added 10-15 seconds with the sore knees Run
Comments: UGHH - Hot-Hot-Hot What would you do differently?: Train more. Train More. Train More. Loose about 10 lbs. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Rough Seas, Headwind, Not enough bike and run training. But hey, what can you do when it's 10 degrees out all winter in Chicago and you're trying to train for a Triathlon in 85 degree heat Event comments: Thanks to all of the volunteers.
