On the way out sighting was terrible because the buoys were on the left and I am a right side breather. Waves were also coming from right side. Sighting on way back in still wasn't great but seamed smoother and faster.
What would you do differently?:

More bi-lateral breathing practice.

Tried to maintain a good pace while keeping my breathing under control for the run and I think I did ok there because breathing was not the problem on the run.
What would you do differently?:

Push a little harder and figure out how to do intervals on bike training.

Maybe some day I will have the mental toughness to run the whole thing, well except for woodchip hill, that's just cruel. Too much walking on the way out and some during mile 5.
