PB&J wheat bagle at home with some coffee and/or Diet Coke, then drive up to Annandale with wife, brother-in-law, his 2 daughters and their 2 friends.

Run was a struggle once again but I was able to run the whole way and that help to get fastest HOLT run time.

Event comments:

Have been trying for 5 years to break 60 minutes and was finally able to reach that goal. FWIW, I think that is mostly due to the Oly training.
