My transitions always suck and I'm not sure why. I guess I need to practice more. On a side note the run from the swim exit to bikes was at least 400 yards if nto more.

I am really surprised that I placed 2nd in my age group. This leaves me hungry to improve my performance because it feels darn good to place.

Course: Long steady climb after about 2 miles that seemed to go for a few miles then the course got fast. I got passed a lot going up the hill but I kept a steady pace and hammered it after that and passed a good number of people because they were coasting.
