Comments: No wetsuit. Someday I'll pick one up and shave a little time off my swim. Need to work on speed. A little tense the first 200 yards. What would you do differently?: Relax after a few strokes to get it going. Transition 1

Comments: I like the hills. It was one of the few places I pass people. Stayed in Aero while pedaling up most. What would you do differently?: a little easier on the first 4 miles... Transition 2
Comments: My practice earlier in the week helped Run
Comments: Started slow... side cramps pretty bad first 2 miles. Had to pull way back to Zone 1.5 to relax them What would you do differently?: Not have had that PB honey sandwich 1:30:00 before wave start. Stick with Just breakfast then a GU 20-30 mins prior. Post race
Warm down: Walked, Stretched, Cheered for my fellow racers and friends! What limited your ability to perform faster: Swim Speed, Side Cramps on the Run. Event comments: Like others say be careful... it is crowded on the last leg of Bike where the runners/Bikers/cars/dogs/people/kids/motorcycles/semi's/ police cars/ etc. all are within the same 30-40 feet of pavement. Ate a PB & Honey Sandwich 1 hour 30 mins pre race... maybe not a good thing. 20 mins to start 1 GU.
Ran 10 mins, did some stretches, and 10 min swim pre-start
