Ate a breakfast of oatmeal and a banana.
Arrived at race at 7am

Comments:

No one would allow me to pass, they were taking up both the left and right side of the lanes by swimming together. So I just relaxed and followed them and tried to not let it stress me out.
What would you do differently?:

I would have gone with a faster swim time in hopes of not being trapped

I know i need work on the bike, most of all. I have improved since my last race... but I need more work. I also needed to drink more on the bike. In hind site it would have helped me a lot. I just got so into my "go" mode that I just pushed through and didnt take time to drink.

I bonked HARD at the start of my run. It sucked... but I got my groove back and finished strong. :D
What would you do differently?:

I should have drank more on my bike... I hardly drank anything and I think that effected how well I did on my run.

Warm down:

Stretched anf walked around the Oval for about 15 minutes after the race to cool down. Had some water and some fruit

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of prep?

They needed more drink stations on the run.
