Swim
Comments: No one would allow me to pass, they were taking up both the left and right side of the lanes by swimming together. So I just relaxed and followed them and tried to not let it stress me out. What would you do differently?: I would have gone with a faster swim time in hopes of not being trapped Transition 1
Comments: I struggled getting my socks on, but it was an overall good T1 What would you do differently?: Be faster :D Bike
Comments: I know i need work on the bike, most of all. I have improved since my last race... but I need more work. I also needed to drink more on the bike. In hind site it would have helped me a lot. I just got so into my "go" mode that I just pushed through and didnt take time to drink. What would you do differently?: Pedal faster :D Transition 2
Run
Comments: I bonked HARD at the start of my run. It sucked... but I got my groove back and finished strong. :D What would you do differently?: I should have drank more on my bike... I hardly drank anything and I think that effected how well I did on my run. Post race
Warm down: Stretched anf walked around the Oval for about 15 minutes after the race to cool down. Had some water and some fruit What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of prep? Event comments: They needed more drink stations on the run. Last updated: 2010-04-25 12:00 AM
