Up way too early and usual coffee, bagel and schmear, H2O

Well...goal was a 3:35, so it did not go as planned. Started with 8min miles then fell off the cliff around 10 miles.

Still had a 1:48 half, and a 2:16 second half.
What would you do differently?:

Well..train better. Start out more slowly. Set more realistic goals.

Warm down:

Just eating grub and hanging out with my family.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Undertrained I guess.

Event comments:

Just a great race and I hope to be back every year for years to come. The only way I will not show up is if I get in to NY or am out of the country.
