well...I couldnt swim in May 2009...with only 3 months of semi consistent training...so I dont feel too bad about it. I am not a swimmer! very anxious pre race! went to fast/poor technique early on. again...I am not a swimmer...yet!
What would you do differently?:

train more on technique. first time in a suit - train in the suit for sure.

What would you do differently?:

get a race/tri bike. practice transitions better. I was a bit overwhelmed by it all and started to take off my suit too early.

work on transition. had been injured and zero running for 1 month prior to race!
