Comments: Swim went well. The usual bump and grind. I did get my goggles kick off - had to stop and reset. A little trouble staying on course early, got better as I went along. Only had one OWS before the race. What would you do differently?: 1. take a couple of Endoylites. 2. take a shot of jell. 3. use my tented goggles. Transition 1
Comments: Took too long. I was not in a hurry but it seemed like I had a lot of junk to put on. What would you do differently?: Wear a race jersey under my wet suit. Bike
Comments: I stayed within my HR Zone. Strong wind. Mostly a cross wind. Could have been much tougher. Ok with the results. Could have pushed harder, but I am not sure that I would do it different next time. What would you do differently?: Maybe raise my HR some. Transition 2
Comments: Went fast enough. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Hoped to do better. It was hot. Stayed in my zone. Great support. What would you do differently?: I hate the run. Someday maybe I will have a strong enough base to fell better about it. I don't really have to run much faster - I just wish it wasn't so dang hard. Post race
