Pre-race routine:

I'll write more later, but I got into town late on thursday... drank a lot of water, ate a lot of food, etc.
Event warmup:

Woke up at 4am, drank 2 ensures and ate some oatmeal. Met my LA Tri friends at 530 and walked down to the transition to put my water bottles on my bike. got over to tumbleweed...
