well not much to say having to race on a hybrid. it sucked big time. however i was the only one crazy enough to do it so to all those people that passed me on the bike....hahaha, i got the 1st place water bottle!

just needed to keep going. stopped a few times to walk because of a cramp. not too happy with my time, but since i hadn't run the full distance, i have nothing to be disappointed about.
What would you do differently?:

run the full distance a couple times before just going in all willy-nilly
