Comments:

Crowded start and slow people upfront. I love the runners that blast out at the beginning only to realize that they can't keep that pace up for very long. I'm not that old, but I love crushing the younger guys. I hope I can keep this up for hte next 40 years.
What would you do differently?:

I think I could have squeezed some more effort out of me. Not much though.

The start of this race is always crowded with a narrow chute. There also alot of walkers and slower runners up front which always slow things down in the beginning. Having walkers up there with people who run sub 40s is just plain ridiculous. That is usually my only pet peeve about this race. Otherwise it seemed much better this year.

Update: Just noticed that they only awarded the top male and female which bumps everyone down in their age groups. There may be a couple of disappointed folks out there.
