Comments: started the swim way to fast and got winded about half way in, had to stop 3 times to catch my breath but finished in a good time What would you do differently?: I really need to pace and not start out to fast and finish strong Transition 1
Comments: to long here and it is from being winded out of the water, but came out of wet suit great and fast What would you do differently?: slow swim so not cramped in the calfs out of water Bike
Comments: still need to drink more and more gels to stop the cramping anddo high spin before getting off bike to get ready for run What would you do differently?: drink more and do not forget gels Transition 2
Comments: very good t-2 What would you do differently?: think faster I had to fumble around with my race belt Run
Comments: cramped right out of transition really bad and had to stop and get cramps out. about a mile in got side cramps really bad and had to walk a few to catch my breath. What would you do differently?: slow downand hydrate more, this was a very slow run for me and was not happy. it comes from poor preparation and not doing things right. Post race
Warm down: breakfast and beer WOW they go good together and stretch What limited your ability to perform faster: hydrating not good and swim was not good breathing so set a bad day over all Event comments: loved the support and the course I cant wait to do it again Last updated: 2010-05-02 12:00 AM

swim 200yards or so felt really good
