Went GREAT! No One passed me. Tim and I started out together and when the first hill ATE me up, for it's Breakfast!Tim took off on his own Race. which was ok, we talked prior about that, np. then when one guy tryed to pass me, i vowed THAT NO ONE was gonna do that for the rest of the race, and no one did. YEAH!

Press on EVEN MORE! I can Do IT!

streching with local chiropractor, and walking around.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The LACK of Run Training!
